Lamar Jerfferson was born in Harlem, New York. He is currently the CEO of Chocolate Money Music Group founded in 2020.
He started his musical career as a promoter for Die Hard Records, a small independent record label when he was 15 years old. Lamar Green soon moved up to an A&R with his involvement in discovering many local talents over several years. After multiple successful releases, he was promoted to Head of Marketing where he continued to break and create platinum projects. In a music industry poll, Lamar was voted #1 for outstanding service and the leader in the field of executives under 25.
After successful years as a record executive, he decided to strike out on his own. After securing a lucrative distribution deal with Tommy Boy Records, Lamar started Chocolate Money Music. With the help of their representation, The Creative Artists, based in Hollywood. Chocolate Money Music Group is determined to give its artist the most lucrative deals possible.
